2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips/cubes
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cups water
1 cup minute rice
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli (optional)
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken. Add soup, and water. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
